Counselling Support for Adults Aged 18 & Over

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, exhausting or emotionally heavy. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, confidence issues or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to face things alone.

At C.P.G. Therapy & Wellbeing, I offer a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can speak openly, without judgement, at your own pace.

Counselling provides an opportunity to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences in a supportive environment, helping you gain greater understanding, emotional clarity and positive coping strategies.

Taking the first step towards support can feel difficult, but reaching out for help is a positive and courageous decision.

What To Expect From Counselling Sessions

My aim is to provide a calm, welcoming and compassionate environment where you feel heard, valued and supported.

Each counselling session lasts for 1 hour, allowing you the time and space to talk openly and explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment.

I offer a free initial appointment, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs and decide whether counselling feels right for you.

Session Fees

Initial consultation – Free of charge

Ongoing counselling sessions (1 hour) – £45 per session

Although weekly sessions are often recommended to begin with, I understand that everybody’s circumstances and journeys are different. Clients may choose to attend sessions:

  1. Weekly
  2. Fortnightly
  3. Every three weeks
  4. Monthly

This is your journey, and I will support you in choosing what feels most beneficial and manageable for you.

Sessions can help you to:

  • Explore challenges in a safe and confidential space
  • Build confidence and self-awareness
  • Develop healthier coping strategies
  • Gain emotional clarity and understanding
  • Work towards positive and lasting change at your own pace

I understand that beginning counselling can feel daunting, and I will work alongside you with empathy, understanding and respect throughout your journey.

Flexible Support Options

Counselling sessions do not have to take place solely within the therapy room.

Alongside face-to-face and online appointments, I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy sessions for clients who may feel more comfortable outdoors in a relaxed and natural environment.

Walk and Talk sessions can provide:

  • A calming and less formal setting
  • The opportunity to connect with nature
  • Space for reflection and conversation
  • A gentle alternative to traditional seated therapy

Support is available through:

  • Face-to-face sessions
  • Online counselling
  • Walk and Talk Therapy
  • Home visits (where appropriate)
