What To Expect From Counselling Sessions

Each counselling session lasts for 1 hour, allowing you the time and space to talk openly and explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment.
I offer a free initial appointment, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs and decide whether counselling feels right for you.

Flexible Support Options
Counselling sessions do not have to take place solely within the therapy room.
Alongside face-to-face and online appointments, I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy sessions for clients who may feel more comfortable outdoors in a relaxed and natural environment.
Walk and Talk sessions can provide:
- A calming and less formal setting
- The opportunity to connect with nature
- Space for reflection and conversation
- A gentle alternative to traditional seated therapy
Support is available through:
